Privacy Policy

• Gift details — the recipient's name, your name, the theme you pick, captions and any expiry date.
• Uploaded media — the photos and videos you add to a gift.
• The gift PIN — stored only as a one-way cryptographic hash. We cannot read your PIN, and it is never sent by email.
• Account data — if you sign in with Google, your email address and basic profile, used to link gifts to your account.
• Payment data — a transaction reference, amount and status. Card and banking details are handled by the payment gateway and never reach our servers.
• Contact form submissions — the name, phone number and message you send us through the Contact page.
• Recipient email — only if you ask us to email the gift link on your behalf.

Strictly to run the service: to build and show the gift page, to verify the PIN before revealing content, to process your payment, to email the gift link when you request it, and to answer support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos for advertising or model training.

Data is stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security, and media lives in a private storage bucket that is not publicly browsable. Gift media is served only through short-lived signed URLs, and only after the correct PIN is verified on the server. PINs are hashed with bcrypt. Administrator access to gift media is limited to authorised accounts and every such access is logged.

We rely on a small number of processors: our cloud database and storage provider, our payment gateway (for processing the ₹149 payment) and our transactional email provider (for sending the gift link). They only receive what they need to perform their function.

Gift content is kept while the gift is active so the recipient can revisit it. You can ask us to delete a gift, its media, your account data or a contact submission at any time, and we will remove it from live systems. Payment records may be retained where required for accounting or legal reasons.
