These terms apply to everyone who uses GiftLove.online ("we", "us"). By creating a gift or opening a gift link you agree to them.
1. What the service provides
GiftLove.online is a digital product. You create a personalised, PIN-protected gift page containing the photos, videos and message you upload. We generate a private shareable link that the recipient can open and unlock with the 4-digit PIN you choose. There is no physical product, shipment or delivery of goods.
2. One-time payment
Creating a gift costs a one-time fee of ₹149 (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes. It is not a subscription — you are never billed again automatically for the same gift. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner; we never store your card or banking details.
Your gift link is generated and revealed only after the payment is confirmed as successful. A gift page stays available for as long as we operate the service, subject to any expiry date you set on the gift.
3. Your responsibilities for uploaded content
You are solely responsible for everything you upload. You confirm that:
- You own the photos, videos and text you upload, or have permission to use them.
- You have the consent of any person appearing in the media you upload before sharing it.
- Your content is not unlawful, obscene, hateful, defamatory, or infringing on anyone else's rights, and does not contain malware.
- You keep the PIN safe and share it only with the intended recipient, through a separate channel from the link.
We may remove content and suspend or delete a gift that breaches these terms or the law, without refund.
4. Availability
We work to keep the service online, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, update features, or change the experience over time.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the gift in question (₹149). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, missed occasions, or a recipient failing to open a gift, nor for content uploaded by users.
